    As a designated essential business, Mekatron Concord wants you to know that we are here for your auto repair needs. We encourage you to utilize our “no contact” drop-off process as we are committed to prioritizing your health and safety. With the safety of our customers and employees in mind, we have made the following changes to our service policies;

• Simply drop-off your vehicle in our designated parking area.
• Fill out the Early Bird envelope which is located in the box to the left of the door.
• Place your keys in the envelope and follow the instructions on the envelope. Please keep the pen that we provide you.
• A member of our staff will call you to discuss your needs before we begin service.
• There is also the option of staying in your vehicle & a service advisor will maintain the proper distance while retrieving your information.
